I am using Photoshop CS2 for this tutorial.you can do the same with any other versions of photoshop.
Click on the images to make them big
cropping basically takes away the unwanted space around the image.lets get started then.
First get an image to crop :).I Played with one of my dollmaker and got this.
Open it up in photoshop and you can select Crop tool by clicking on the crop icon in the toolbox.Or my going to Image>>Crop
Select around the image and you will see the crawling ants or the moving dashed line (whatever you call it :)).
Zoom in and adjust the crop line so you are cropping right around the image by dragging on the dashed line.
Until you kind of have something like this.
and then double click on the image and your done with cropping.Yayyyy :)
erase the white background and you have something like this.
