This is the second method I use.Difference between these 2 is not much.Anyway here it is.

1.Open ur Image



2.select the Magicwand tool and click on the background.

3.Go to >>Help>>Export Transparent Image



4.A small window will come up like this.Since we have already selected the area to be transparent i selected the 2 option there.



5.click Next.Select online



6.Next Select the format You want



7.That it,You r done
